How to Report a Lost Item: If you believe you have left an item behind in one of our vehicles, promptly follow these steps to report the lost item:

  • Contact our Lost and Found Department: Call us at (904) 412-4785 as soon as you realize you’ve lost an item. Our representatives are available to assist you.
  • Provide Details: When you call, please provide as many details as possible about the lost item, including the date and time of your ride, the vehicle you were traveling in, and a description of the item. The more information you can provide, the better our chances of locating and returning your belongings.
  • Driver Communication: Upon receiving your report, we will contact the driver who serviced your ride to check the vehicle for the lost item. Our drivers are committed to helping passengers locate their belongings and are an essential part of our Lost and Found process.


Recovery of Lost Items: If your lost item is found, we will promptly contact you to arrange for its return. You can choose to pick up the item from our designated Lost and Found location or request delivery to an address within our service area.

Storage Duration: We understand that it may take time for you to retrieve your lost item. As a result, we will securely store all found items for 5 days, giving you ample time to make arrangements for retrieval.

Items Not Recovered: In the event that we are unable to locate your lost item, we will inform you accordingly. Rest assured that our team will make every effort to assist you in the recovery process.
